Yours. Open to everybody and anybody. Not Facebook.
Agreement between Trouble, the owner, and everybody who gets on this chat.
This chat is open to the world. Everybody and anybody can get on it. Not just friends. Not just family.
There are no age requirements in the owner's rules.
Three things you must have to get on, no exceptions: a phone number, to validate who you are; an email address, to validate who you are talking to; and a password, for your account. These are used only to validate you, and to bar you if you break the rules. They are not shown to other people. Trouble does not want to know your personal past, your problems, or your issues. That is yours. What matters here is only what you do in this chat, under these rules, from now on.
What you can do: Make an account, talk in the public room, send messages and pictures, and talk to anybody who is on it. Be kind. No drama. You can also use Messenger to send a private message to any person, and use video chat with any person who wants it.
Messenger and video follow the same three rules. Hatred, sexual contact words or pictures, threats, putting somebody down, or cussing somebody out are not allowed in private messages either, and you can be barred for them the same way.
Straight limit on private video: Private video calls cannot be seen by the owner or by Muse, so a bad thing done on a private video call cannot be caught automatically. It can only be acted on if the other person reports it to the owner, who can then bar that person.
What you cannot do — these three things will not be tolerated, under any circumstances:
Scrutiny means looking closely, and checking. It is not a threat. It only means the owner, and Muse inside the program, may look at messages and accounts to check the rules, and to remove a message or bar a person who breaks them.
Reading this agreement is your first chance. If you do not read it, that is your problem, not the owner's. If you are too LAZY to read it, you have no business being on this chat. Trouble will not be penalized because you did not read it.
The second time, if you do any of those things, you are permanently barred. Your email, your password, and your phone number will all be barred. No exceptions. There is no appeal, no drama, and no bureaucracy about it.
The owner is Trouble. The owner account cannot be barred, because this program is his. Trouble will not do the things he says he does not want done. Muse is built on the inside of this program, and may fix it, and will let Trouble know after it is done.
Bad words in messages become ***. The owner can remove any message and bar any account. No small program can automatically catch every hateful message, threat, or bad picture. The owner must remove and bar them.
No account, no chatting. Your account lives on Trouble's computer only.
This player stays here, no matter which tab you are on. Start a song or a movie, then go back to Public Room, Messenger, or Video Chat, and it keeps playing. Files never leave this device. This is not VLC. No VLC code is inside.
Private messages to any person. No limit on how many private messages. The same three banned rules apply here too.
Practice Messenger — just you. Nothing here is sent to anybody. Type and Send to see how Messenger looks and feels, even when nobody else is here yet.
Video goes straight between the two browsers. No video is recorded, and no video is stored on the server. The server only helps the two browsers connect. Both people must be online at the same time, and the other person must press Accept. No video starts without Accept.
